The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. It's fully equipped, with all the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with large windows providing natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are ground-floor or interior with less light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, and cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.
