Farmhouse in Cascina in the Monferrato Hills

Elegant farmhouse nestled in the hills of Monferrato. The independent accommodation for guests, made from the barn, is complete with a living room with kitchen, comfortable bathroom and large and bright room with a double bed and a square and a half bed ideal for a couple, family or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. From the apartment you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view, as well as from the large terrace where we serve the rich breakfast. Relaxation outdoor spaces are also available.

La Belvedere Suite è un ampio appartamento con salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con materasso extra comfort 160x200 e bagno con doccia walk-in e bidet. Si trova al piano 1 e offre viste spettacolari su vigne e vallate. All’esterno ti aspettano la piscina con acqua salata e angoli immersi nel verde, perfetti per colazioni lente o aperitivi al tramonto. Bricco Aivè è un piccolo rifugio tra i vigneti, ideale per staccare e ritrovare la calma.

Casa Graziella - The terrace

New and elegant apartment. Open space kitchen and bright and very modern living room. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. For this apartment, I chose wood and blue tones: colors that convey warmth and harmony UNIQUE DETAILS: Wonderful terrace with solarium, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Two closets and an antique sideboard give a touch of tradition to the house.

Casa sul Langhe - Luxury Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi

A new and exclusive location in the heart of the Langhe, overlooking the UNESCO area, ideal for an exclusive experience. Totally renovated in 2024, the Casa sulle Langhe is located on the hill of Diano d'Alba in a strategic position for tourism (Alba is 6km away, Barolo 10km). From here you can enjoy an unforgettable panorama, with a 180° view of the Langhe hills and its villages, the Langhe castles and it is just a few steps from the most renowned wine cellars.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

A paradise with an adjoining villa! House with a Parisian flavor with a breathtaking view to spend romantic and unforgettable days. In the center of the village of Lu Monferrato, in the heart of the Monferrato hills, 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x190 beds) and one with French bed. The blue room has a bathroom in the suite. 2 other bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. All services available in the village.
