The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

It is conveniently located between Lake Annecy (6 min) and the ski resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Starting from many hiking and cycling trails and a stone's throw from renowned paragliding sites, Alex is a charming village.
