Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. You will be just minutes walk from Lake Dorr, 5 minutes by car to Alexander Springs and if your family enjoys ATV's you can ride from the home right into the forest and the dedicated ATV trails. Wildlife seen daily in "The Meadows" include numerous deer, wild turkeys, rock squirrels, fox, coyote, black bears, hawks and a wide variety of birds.

This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
