Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft wird sich die ganze Gruppe wohl fühlen, auf den 2 Etagen ist genug Platz! Auch 2 Menschen fühlen sich gut und geborgen auf 1 Etage mit dem schönen Aufenthalts- und Wohnraum! Die Wohnung ist mit natürlichen Baustoffen ausgebaut und gestaltet, z.B. Holz, Lehm und Ökofarbe. Für Kinder ist die Wohnung aus Sicherheitsgründen eher ungeeignet. Ebenfalls für Menschen, die sich mit Treppen schwer tun.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
