The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

Our cottage is situated on the “quiet side” of Door County on the meandering Glidden drive along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The cottage is perched upon a small hill and surrounded by pine trees in a relaxed country setting. Guests have dedicated access to Lake Michigan right across the street. The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.

We are located directly across the street from Von Stiehl Winery and are just a few minutes walk to Crescent Beach! Please note that we are on the second story of the apartment building, and it is not handicap accessible. If you are unable to take the stairs, you may want to consider booking somewhere that is. :)
