Estuvimos con nuestro bebé y fue muy cómoda nuestra estancia! Todo muy limpio y la piscina muy tranquila y accesible.

Located nearly equidistant between Almeria and Aguadulce, this charming apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Many must-see attractions are a short drive away, and include some of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. A small but full kitchen is convenient for home cooking. Our host Antonio was incredibly responsive to our every question, which made traveling abroad less stressful. The location, the value and our host made this a most pleasant stay. (We advise arriving in daylight the first time because the road to the complex is a bit tricky to find the first time.)

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. La casa es muy cómoda, limpia y tiene todo lo necesario en menaje. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para ir en familia y descansar. Nos recibió Naddia, muy atenta y amable. Experiencia para repetir.

Amazing and super modern apartment with a stunning view. For those who want to relax, this is the perfect spot in the middle of the nature. There’s even a family of dear and we could see them from the balcony walking around and even on the street in front of the building. The place is a bit out of the way so it’s mandatory having a car to go for groceries, a cafe or even visiting around. There’s no food delivery available there but the kitchen is super well equipped. Really recommend!

Hemos estado genial! El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y la descripción, todo muy limpio. El trato muy bueno. Si volvemos a Carboneras seguro que repetimos. Dando un paseo estás en el centro y cerca de todo. Aparcamiento siempre en la puerta.

Ha sido un anfitrión magnífico, comunicador, claro y resolutivo. El sitio es ideal en un entorno tranquilo y privilegiado. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona.

Piso totalmente recomendable, zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa, muy bien equipado con todo tipo de productos tanto de limpieza como de cocina. Todo limpio y cómodo para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones.

El alojamiento es muy bonito. Está dotado de todos lis electrodomésticos que se suelen utilizar en casa. Es un detalle la vajilla de plástico para los niños. Volvería sin duda a este alojamiento. Gracias por todo Fran.

A great flat in a great location. The sun terrace had beautiful views of the sea and we will be booking again in the very near future.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda ! nos gustó que fuera todo planta baja y la piscina de la urbanización a dos pasos, (literalmente) abrir la verja que separaba la terraza del apartamento y estar ya en la piscina. La terracita para desayunar por las mañana, estupenda tb Todo cómodo, con aire acondicionado que bien lo agradecimos, en fin, que volvería a repetir.

Schöne Wohnung in einer belebten Umgebung. Viele Restaurants und das Einkaufszentrum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Óscar hat sehr detaillierte Anweisungen für den Check-In bereit gestellt und war immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz im Parkhaus ist etwas eng, aber mit ein paar Manövern auch mit einem größeren Auto machbar. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und es werden auch bis spät Abends unten in der Gastronomie Stühle gerückt. Allerdings ist die Lage auch der Große Vorteil der Wohnung.

Apartamento muy bonito que coincide plenamente con las fotos. Las vistas son increíbles y el apartamento muy bien decorado y cómodo. La carretera de acceso a la urbanización es peculiar pero una vez en casa merece mucho la pena.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

Tuvimos una muy buena estadía familiar en la casa de Juan. una gran terraza orientada a la montaña, amplios dormitorios y un gran salón. la casa está cerca de playas como los genoveses y san josé. Buena comunicación con Juan. Recomiendo !

Incredibly located apartment! The view from the flat is breathtaking. It was a pleasure to spend there 3 weeks. Ideal for resetting and charging your batteries. It's spacious, has a space to work and comfy bed & couch. Internet connection is fairly good (80 mbps, usually no issues with it). Huge mountainous area around (just crossing the highway underneath it is necessary). We really liked doing a circular trail to Casa Betel with our dog (~1hr, 3.2km). Surprisingly the pool is available all year round (but water is pretty cold). Usually no issues with finding a parking place. Very quiet and calm neighbourhood - wild animals can be spotted every day. Supermarkets are 12-15 mins by car, but with a proper organisation of groceries it was not a big issue to do the shopping twice a week. Good contact with Jessica. When we found a not working electric socket it was fixed the next day. We surely recommend the stay and wish to come back one day (;

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

El apartamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, muy luminoso y acogedor. Los anfitriones fueron extremadamente atentos. Una estancia muy agradable. Cada rincón de esta vivienda refleja una sensación de calma, con una decoración sencilla pero elegante que refuerza la conexión con el entorno. Es un lugar donde el confort se mezcla con la majestuosidad del paisaje, creando una atmósfera de paz inigualable.

Lucía ha sido una anfitriona al nivel de la casa: ESPECTACULAR!!! Atenta y disponible en todo momento para cualquier consulta o duda así como para coordinar la entrega y recogida de llaves. La casa es una pasada. Todo tipo de comodidades en una urbanización preciosa, íntima y tranquila. Decorada con un gusto exquisito que transmite paz y confort. Desde el dormitorio principal y el salón hay unas vistas espectaculares del amanecer y la ducha del baño principal se nota que está recién puesta nueva. Tuvimos a nuestra disposición la thermomix como solicitamos, aunque finalmente decidimos disfrutar de los restaurantes que hay en los alrededores y en el centro comercial del Golf. Estupendo sitio para hacer de base y moverse a playas o puntos de turismo de la provincia. La persona que nos entregó las llaves fue encantadora en todo momento y estaba todo impoluto. Un gusto de estancia. Repetiremos seguro.
