Thankfully surprised with the Accommodation that has everything you need, but what made the stay more pleasant was Paola's good attention. From minute one was attentive. It was super flexible on the issue of entry and exit so, I can only thank you for the kindness and good treatment. 100% recommended

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

Very comfy, clean, and excellent service and instructions

My partner and I had a great time at this home. What we liked most were the two outdoor terrace spaces where you can spend a quiet and pleasant time under the shade of some beautiful plants they have at the entrance. Thanks to the house having air conditioning, you can spend summer dates there without getting too hot. The kitchen was very well equipped and very bright. All the spaces are very comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. The garage is also very functional to leave your car safe. We'll be back for sure.

A few very pleasant days. Highly recommended. Saray is a cutie. The beaches of Almeria nothing to envy a paradise. The wonderful food,we are left with the typical rice with lobster in the chiringuito de Cabo de Gata in front of the sea , a whole luxurious.Desue to the beach day at dusk live music on the promenade , I leave us hallucinated .I doubtless to repeat. Many thanks for the stay.

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

Cozy and highly recommended accommodation, located in a quiet and beautiful area of the village, a stone's throw from the beach. We were very comfortable and we will definitely be back.

Great house in a very beautiful area

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Pilar and Christian are friendly and available. Great stay the kids enjoyed the pool and billiards room. We'll be back no problem. Peaceful and well located location close to Almeria de tabernas and cabo de gata....

Exceptional place to go with friends and children. It has everything to cook (iron, barbecue, rosco, beer pulls, ample kitchen…) and also if you like padel or go with children you have a paddle and tennis court in an acceptable state to pass the time. The pool is surrounded by grass with umbrellas and dining area. I would definitely go back.

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

If you need a place with all the comforts to visit the Las Negras area, this is the perfect place. You will feel like you are at home, Bartolome makes everything for you since you arrive. You have everything you need for an incredible trip, you don't need to take the car to visit the village, go to the beach or make routes, which is a plus. You can cool off in its wonderful pool and enjoy your own company in a living room with amazing views, I will repeat that is for sure! Thank you for everything

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

I was a guest at Carmen's. Over the winter time super loving woman, apartment super everything you need. Less than 300 meters to the beach. Restaurant nearby 50 meters. A bus stop is also close. If necessary, I was very happy with everything. Gladly come again.

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

The accommodation is a 10 in every aspect. From the apartment to the residential complex, through the parking space, everything makes you comfortable and happy. Nothing is missing in the house and Jesus is a TOP host. He will solve anything you need, in addition to his kindness and pleasantness. If you decide to enjoy a stay to explore that paradisiacal area, this house will not disappoint you. Great for couples or couples with children. 4 people can stay comfortably. Grateful for a few wonderful days at this house.

our stay was perfect and the involvement from Steffano so that it was 10, he had the detail to provide us with a cot, high chair, and even a bathtub for my young son, he let us in before the scheduled time so that my children could eat more comfortably and on the day of departure he also let us leave later so that we could rest better since we had a long trip to Barcelona, his apartment is super cozy from the 1 minute you feel at home without mentioning the taste that he gives breakfast on the terrace looking out to the sea, the area could not be better since you had both restaurant and supermarkets and the beach next door. no doubt 100% recommended both the host and his apartment, thanks for everything Steffano gives taste !!
