Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Two-storey luxurious villa located in the Punta La Mona urbanisation, La Herradura. On the ground floor is this beautiful apartment, completely independent from the upper floor. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Wonderful Apartamento en Primera Linea de playa with a spectacular view to the sea. Located in the Las Gondolas urbanization, one of the best in the area. It has two pools, tennis courts, padel courts, basketball court, petanque, ping pong, playground for children and 2 restaurants. The apartment has WIFI and cold /heat air conditioning and it's a few minutes walk to supermarkets and bars. It has all the comforts to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.

Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very modern decor with new furniture of great quality, very suitable for families with children. The best thing is its location is located in the center of the village with the beach a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.

Great newly renovated apartment on the magnificent San Cristobal beach. 1st Beach Line. Pool. Wifi. Great views. Well connected. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. In the beautiful village of Almuñecar. It has a beautiful old town, with a castle, Roman ruins... It also has a variety of charming shops and numerous leisure places. It is an ideal place to spend a vacation with family, as a couple or with friends.
