Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

Villa Tropical beach Paradise has a truly enviable beachfront position, direct access to the promenade and within walking distance to the centre of Almuñécar. French Tv. Our townhouse has one of Almunecars best locations. Great views over the sea, town and mountains from the large roof terrace. Close to the picturesque San Miguel castle right in the old part of Almunecar. Three minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, seven minutes walk to the beach. Small supermarket one minute. A house big enough for an extended family or group (four bedrooms, eight beds). A/C in all bedrooms, fibre wi-fi, tv, micro, wash machine, dishwasher, parasol and beach stuff.

Casa El Camaleón is a personal and unique and incomparable house in the old part of Almuñecar Castle. A project that was born in January 2024 and in July 24 has come to an end. Rehabilitating absolutely everything and creating a special space for our guests with a lot of love and care in every detail. Only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the beach of Paseo del Altillo. With three floors and a solarium where you can enjoy a unique holiday in Almuñecar.

Excellent beachfront house

House in private urbanization, with direct access to the beach Marina Playa, 200 meters from the Puerto Marina del Este. House on three floors, with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent ocean and mountain view, pool and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the time is from 10:00 to 15:00, and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The house features a private wifi network, Movistar plus, and security system.

Forget about the car, you won't need it to go to the beach, or to go to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc... We are located between the two best beaches, Playa de San Cristobal and Playa de Cotobro.
