Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. In the inner city, modernity meets Viennese charm

The bright, spacious apartment on the 7th floor can accommodate up to 5 guests. The entire apartment. At check-in, I am happy to give tips for a successful stay in Vienna. I am always available during your stay. Welcome to the historic core of Vienna! Stephansdom and Staatsoper are a few minutes' walk away. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

Modern ambience in a fantastic city centre location overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment is sunny, quiet, with high-quality construction, functional design, nice atmosphere and air conditioning! The apartment is located on the 7th floor. A narrow staircase leads to the roof terrace overlooking the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Best traffic location: Metro and tram are right around the corner, a parking garage can be found in the block next door.
