The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

This completely newly renovated apartment is located in one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Detmold, right in the historic city center. The special charm of this accommodation lies in many details, such as the original preserved wooden framework and the high-quality interior fittings. One double bedroom, sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom offer plenty of comfort. Accommodation in the pedestrian zone near the market square. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Stay in the middle of the historic city center in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück, built in 1549. The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden show grounds and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. In December, the Wiedenbrück Christmas market begins again, attracting crowds of guests from afar with its unique atmosphere. Cozy and rustic, but at the same time luxurious, you can hardly stay overnight in Wiedenbrück.

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!
