In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl of the Lower Main. The Odenwald and Spessart meet here at the River Main, offering relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, a barbecue, a fire pit and a sandpit are available for guests of all ages to relax. Depending on occupancy, the house has up to 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The flat is on the first floor (not wheelchair-accessible) and has a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shops in Marktheidenfeld (approx. 10 minutes by car). Public transport is limited – you will need your own vehicle. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

There is a ground-level bicycle cellar (4 steps) for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge.
