There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its own entrance from the street and can accommodate up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Special features are the large, non-visible windows and good access to public transport.

Welcome to the urban jungle! Located in the center, you will find our cozy, green oasis just a few meters from the zoo. In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
