It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

There is a small dam nearby for swimming and a leisure pool or the Muldenwehr in Hartenstein. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Siebenhain": the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and let your own dangle.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
