Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. This beautiful apartment is located between cycling and hiking trails. From the terrace, you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside all the way to the mountains. An electric awning protects you from the sun. The terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast or relaxed barbecue evenings. A grocery store is within easy reach.
