The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Welcome to our stylishly designed “Pool Loft” with an exclusive feeling of living, located directly on the forest and Rheinsteig. In addition to the opportunity to rest, relax, slow down and feel good in an aesthetic ambience, the 60sqm loft offers the immediate location on the edge of the forest, which invites you to go hiking with breathtaking views or remote paths in the Siebengebirge. If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).
