Feriendomizil 12 - unsere 3 stilvoll eingerichteten und komplett ausgestatteten Wohnungen liegen auf 2 Häusern verteilt in einem historischen Anwesen mitten im Pfälzer Wald und grenzen an die Deutsche Weinstraße. "FeWo 2" - liegt im Haupthaus (OG) und ist für 5-6 Personen. FeWo 1 für 4-5 Pers. im EG, FeWo 3 für 6-8 Pers. ganzes Gebäude/Nebenhaus Alle 3 FeWos haben einen eigenem Außenbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit. Zusätzlich gibt es unseren Gastgarten, die Sandsteinstube und den Parkplatz.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Quiet 3-room apartment on the first floor of a two-family house with hiking trails from the front door. The most beautiful wine locations are at your feet. The apartment is fully equipped and offers up to 3 people a relaxing stay with incredible views over the Rhine Valley. Air conditioning can be used for 10 EUR per day if needed. From 2025, our municipality has decided on a "tourist tax" of EUR 1 per person per day. This needs to be paid in cash during your stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes to the Palatinate Forest. You drown in a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. There is a celebration outside in summer. So it can also get louder.

We rent out a super nice apartment with great views. Thoughtful touches and a friendly atmosphere make the apartment the perfect oasis of well-being. Showering becomes an experience in the wellness shower. Under the original sausage market wheel, you will dream heavenly. Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
