Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Alvor

Very cute place and walkable to restaurants, cafes, shopping and bars. Just a 5 minute walk to historical district. We were lucky enough to be there when a festival was going on and got to experience a lot of Portuguese culture. We had a great dinner at Azimute. Bed was comfy. We also did a fantastic hike/walk along the cliffs and another on the other side of harbour on the beach stopping at cafes for cocktails and coffee. Peggy was wonderful and quick to communicate.

We had a great stay. Bed and Sun were extremely helpful and resolved a few minor issues immediately. We were there 8 weeks, cleaning was done every 2 weeks with plenty of fresh linen and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and good WiFi.

Nuno est très gentil et trés accueillant. Appartement très fonctionnel, térasse agréable, logement propre, voisin adorable et quartier trés calme, rien a dire séjour parfait.

A welcome pack advising of where local places to eat and drink would have been good but not a massive issue as we like to explore. Thicker curtains in the bedroom would be beneficial for anybody who likes to sleep later. Every other aspect was great. Loads of essentials to make a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, calme et dans un bel environnement. En 15 minutes à pied, vous arrivez dans le centre de la vieille ville et à la plage. Attention néanmoins, ça grimpe ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir garer notre voiture de location juste en face. La déco aurait besoin d'un coup de modernité, mais tout est fonctionnel et la literie excellente. En plus, c'est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir les Algarve. Bref, si nous devons revenir, nous reviendrons au même endroit.

nous avons séjourné ici 4 nuits avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 7 ans. l'appartement est agréable, très propre et doté de tous les équipements nécessaires. il est facile d'accéder au centre ville de Lagos à pied. il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, le quartier est tranquille. maria et andreia ont été tout à fait accueillantes, merci pour la gentille attention à notre arrivée.

We spent a wonderful holiday with our parents and daughter in Belas Villa. Our flight was delayed but it wasn’t a problem as Bela gave us all the information we needed and we got access to the villa by key safe. The property has a wonderful garden well decorated lots of plants and a big swimming pool just a perfect place to relax! The house was great as well fully equipped with everything you need! We cooked a lot of seafood we bought fresh on the market and there is a bbq where we cooked delicious lamb. The Algarve region is great anyway we were kite surfing, sightseeing, on the local markets, Sand City and the overwhelmed by the amazing coast. Did a lot of hiking and just find out it was a great holiday thank you Bela!

Hoi Ricardo, nogmaals bedankt voor ons verblijf in je fijne huis,met het grote dakterras. wat hebben we genoten,van de omgeving,de lieve portugese mensen,die allemaal even vriendelijjk waren . Het was een top verblijf,en in de 11 weken daar hebben we veel gezien,gewandeld,geklommen,de heerlijke resto,s,en van de bus die ons ook nog naar verdere bestemmingen bracht. het strand was ook toppie. lieve groetjes van Sief en Els uit Nederland.

nous sommes en vacances en itinérance et nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le logement. c'est parfait pour un couple. l'appartement est très joli et très fonctionnel. Daniel et ses parents sont charmants et attentionnés.

We enjoyed the village of Salema from Helena's place! The house was just as in the photos - homey feeling, steep stairs, three bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three levels, clean, itsy bitsy terrace looking out on the beach and our favourite - a toilet and shower outdoors on the top level. Very unique and special. Our favourite part about the house was the proximity to the beach; literally steps away through a short alley. We loved walking back and forth on the promenade, watching families on the beach, hikers cutting through town and retired ex-pats walking their dogs or stopping to chat with one another. There was a small area with a cafe, shops, restaurants and bars that provided for our needs. The supermarket was a five minute drive up the road. Highly recommend Helena's place.

Zeer fijne plaats om te verblijven met het oog op fietsen: snel in de natuur, supermarkt en de zee dichtbij! Een aanrader!

What an amazing place in a very peaceful and quiet environment. The way I got welcomed by Maria was outstanding as she was so nice and friendly.

Delia was very helpful and met us to be sure all was ok. Being able to wash our clothes after 2 weeks of travel was very helpful. The location was charming. It was very local and had easy access to everything. We appreciated Delia’s kind recommendations for dinner. The beach and hikes were perfect.

Logement a recommander sans hésiter. Dès notre arrivée, Mickaël était là pour nous accueillir. il est d'une grande sympathie. La maison quand a elle est impeccable,tout le rez de chaussée privatif avec piscine privée un locataire habite là haut a l'étage mais a son propre accès a l extérieur donc no panique,il est d'une discrétion que si vous le voyez une fois c'est bien . La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos donc vraiment intéressante avec barbecue et terrasse . Nous avons adoré le séjour chez Mickaël et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Quand au chien mentionné sur plusieurs commentaires, oui les voisins ont des chiens ,ils sont derrière le mur côté barbecue dans des chenils mais la journée ils ne sont pas là...on entend les aboiements un peu le soir et la nuit mais c'est vraiment pas toute la nuit ou autres en tout cas ça ne peut pas gâcher je pense votre séjour sauf si un aboiement vous dérange. Maison vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.

We highly recommend the apartments. The whole complex is very pretty and peaceful. Elsa and Fernando are very friendly and attentive. Fernando is often around and if not then he is very easy to contact if you need anything at. The cleaner is super friendly and respectful and keeps the property pristine. It was such a pleasurable stay, for sure we will return! Thank you

Leonardo and Susana were great hosts. The apartment was spotless and the massive balcony was an added bonus! The location is very convenient for the golf course and there are some great beaches nearby! A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Strände, die Innenstadt, der Hafen und der Supermarkt können gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Privatparkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Pedro antwortet sofort auf Fragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Lagos ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

From the moment I booked Isabel's apartment through Airbnb, everything went PERFECT. Isabel was a wonderful host and was readibly available to me if I had any questions. The moment I opened the door to the apartment, I was very pleased with what I saw. It was such a lovely welcome to see how everything was in place and ready for me to begin my stay. Immediately, I felt at home. The location, balcony and view of the ocean was perfect! I was able to purchase some groceries and make some meals with ease in the kitchen. I brought my little Yorkie dog with me and he clearly felt at home too! The location to the little town was perfect and within easy walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants in town and an easily accessible little beach. For me, it was the PERFECT place to stay within the Algarve region (easily accessible to other towns within the region as well). If/when I return to Algarve, I will most definitely request a stay here. I promise, you'll be pleased here!

Maria Teresa was an excellent host. Very welcoming and responsive. The apartment had great views over Albufeira Old Town. It's in a very good location.

Just right for our short stay. Host is really good and was there to met us and show us around, lovely pool just a few metres away. Clean and had all we needed. Beds are a bit basic, but okay.
