Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to welcoming guests ourselves! Our house is located in a purely residential area, surrounded by vineyards away from the main road. Hackenheim is known for its many wine taverns and exquisite wines. In addition to the spa town of Bad Kreuznach (3 km), there are many excursion destinations, including the Romantic Rhine (20 km) and the Saline Valley. Hiking and biking trails also attract visitors.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

It is a superbly renovated old building apartment in Eltville am Rhein, from which you can quickly reach the vineyards worth seeing as well as the cozy city center of Eltville. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m². The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

A gem in the wine region

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.
