Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to welcoming guests ourselves! The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

Located in the rural 1-room apartment in Dexheim, the 1-room apartment is located in a quiet location. Several wineries and ostrich farms are within walking distance. 100m away is a bus stop. In ~4 km away are the wine towns of Nierstein & the worth seeing imperial city of Oppenheim, with various shopping opportunities and S-Bahn connections to Mainz. The place is particularly suitable for couples, solo travelers and bike hikers (bikes can be set dry).

The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

Our Airbnb apartment on Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer offers stunning views of the Main. Discover picturesque streets and historic houses in the charming old town. Enjoy wine tastings in the vineyards and explore the surrounding nature. Due to the proximity to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and only 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, you can also take excursions to the surrounding cities and the vibrant metropolis. A gem in the wine region

Our apartment is new. It has a fully equipped small kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet, Mediterranean-style backyard. In summer there is a seating area and a fireplace. Bikes can be stored in the yard or in our bicycle workshop. There are also tools for possible repairs and a power connection for e-bikes. We carry out wine tastings on request and by appointment. Breakfast is available on request, including vegan.
