Cozy fully equipped and comfortable apartment (wifi, spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, separate bedroom with double bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine) in a cinema atmosphere, Friends and "good vibes" trip😉 Very good location, facing Tram Stalingrad, close to all shops, supermarkets, cinema, bars, restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Enjoy views from the terrace. We offer a quiet place to relax for a few days with wine tasting if you are interested. Bedroom 1 has "a grand largeur" bed, 2 single beds side by side. June 2025 Bedroom 2 has a 140 cm wide double bed. Guests can use the brick wood fired bbq entertaining area that also offers great views.
