The cottage is located in a quiet area, "the countryside in the city". The accommodation is on 3 levels, the entrance being on the 1st floor. The 1st level consists of a kitchen open to the living room with lounge, dining area and toilet; This room opens onto a terrace with table and BBQ. On the 2nd, there are 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. On the 3rd, a master suite with toilet.
