Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

L'Entreponts Sur l'Ile d'or - parking

Very close to the Château d 'Amboise just opposite and overlooking the Loire. The beach is at the foot of the apartment, depending on the level of the Loire, evening sunset as a couple by the water. The accommodation T3 is located on the Île d 'Or less than 5 minutes walk from the city center and the Château d' Amboise and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station. The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
