Sunny, spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment in Nes (Ameland) for max. 5 people, with phenomenal views of the dunes and the most beautiful skies (like a painting). The apartment is only 300 meters walking distance from the forest, the most beautiful beach and the nicest beach tent in the Netherlands (beach tent Sjoerd). You can regularly see deer and pheasants walking in the dunes from the apartment and on the beach you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Luxurious dune villa close to the beach&lighthouse

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Klaushuus - fabulous views, great location

Whilst simple in design and furnishings, the Klaushuus boasts one of the most magnificent settings on the island. From the living/dining room and the spacious south-facing terrace you have beautiful and unobstructed views of meadows with horses, pheasants and rabbits and the forest. Stroll through the woods and dunes and you'll reach the beach in 10 minutes, Nes village is a 10-minute walk or short bike ride and the great beach restaurant Sjoerd is also only 10 minutes away on foot.

Modern apartment 300m from the beach

The apartment is modernly decorated and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook well and at the large dining table it is lovely dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes by bike is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Goede sterke WiFi aanwezig. Huisdieren niet toegestaan. Bedlinnen aanwezig, zelf handdoeken mee brengen. Indeling en faciliteiten - Woonkamer met eethoek en zithoek en tv - Volledig uitgeruste keuken - 2 Slaapkamers - Douche met toilet - Terras Camping Onze stacaravan staat op camping Roosdunen in Ballum (plek 100). Op de camping zijn verschillende speeltuinen, een snackbar, in de zomer animatie voor de kinderen, een buitenzwembad en midgetgolf. De camping ligt tegen de duinen aan en zowel het dorp Ballum als het beleefstrand Ballum zijn op loofafstand bereikbaar.

How wonderful when a dream comes true. Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment was realized in 2021 and equipped with all the comforts. There is a lovely bed with luxury bedding. The bathroom has a rain shower, soft towels and Meraki shower gel and shampoo. There is also underfloor heating in the apartment and a kitchen equipped with oven, spacious refrigerator and induction stove. The apartment has its own private garden for guests. In the heart of Nes city center. A lovely cottage where you can enjoy. A brand new holiday home with private entrance (realized in 2022!), fully equipped kitchen, a nice compact bathroom with rain shower, toilet and vanity unit. On the upper floor 2 bedrooms. One with an extra large bed and bedroom with a compact double bed and a single bed. A private patio with dining set and lounge sofa where you can relax.... An ideal base for relaxing!

A beautiful location, rolling between the dunes overlooking the dunes, the sea and the Nesserbos. Within walking distance you will also find several restaurants where you can also have a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
