There is a generous living room with private seating area and an open modern kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There is a double Auping and three single beds. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house has hot air heating, washing machine and cot. It is of course located on its own property (800m2) adjacent to forest, meadow and dune.

The bungalow is located at the Roosdunen bungalow park in Ballum on Ameland. Through a public road, you can walk or cycle to the Ballum village. In the village there is a grocery store, some restaurants, bike rentals and Nobel's well-known liquor store! The open-air bath is 200 meters away, access cards are in the bungalow during the summer season. The bungalow is on the outskirts of the park and you can walk into the forest. The beach is about 2 km walk. Adjacent to the garden is a forest party.
