In addition to a spacious garden, the beautiful beach of Merville-Franceville is just a 3-minute walk (250 m)! All necessary shops are a 5-minute walk (500 m). Quiet and very comfortable in a charming house located in an 18th century property, in Normandy, Calvados, 10 km from Cabourg, Ouistreham, Merville-Franceville and Caen, close to the sea/landing beaches/Pays d'Auge... Large living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, equipped kitchen. Permanent access to the large wooded garden. Wi-Fi connected to high-speed fiber optic.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
