Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. We had a great stay surrounded by nature and in a wonderful setting. The common areas are very spacious, with a barbecue, tables and outdoor areas. The rooms with a very careful decoration. Super recommended.

An exceptional place, with even better hosts Our stay at the Caserío was simply wonderful. The place was spotless - very clean, well organized, and equipped with all the necessary appliances, in addition to being beautiful. Irati was an exceptional host. Communication with her was quick and smooth from the first moment. She recommended places to visit, activities to do and she was always attentive to our needs. We traveled with small children and he took care that we had everything we needed: he gave us two cots and two high chairs, which was a great detail. The garden is great to enjoy as a family: we dine there and the kids played happily. We don't have words to thank these special days. We'll definitely be back!

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

Carmen and José Txo are adorable, good advice and very responsive, the house is big and the game room is very nice. Between mountains, games, and good restaurants, we had a wonderful extended weekend with friends.

The stay in the Casona has been luxury. The house is super equipped, the host gives all the facilities and the setting is unparalleled. Highly recommended!

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

A wonderful stay with friends in Javier's beautiful home. A very nice place to enjoy the Basque country, San Sebastian very close and nature activities! From booking to checkout, everything was easy and perfect! Thank you so much!

We loved the accommodation as much as for the comfort, the treatment received and the kindness of Arantxa and her family, we appreciate that upon arrival the fireplace was lit so that we were well. It is ideal to rest and disconnect. All this along with a priceless, priceless view of the area. I highly recommend it, thank you so much for everything.

Fermin and Amelia are awesome. We are so thankful for their hospitality and their lovely home. Etxalar is amazing. One of the most beautfiful towns we have visited. Fermín y Amelia son increíbles. We were 12 people and we were very comfortable. The games room is great and although we couldn't enjoy it much the garden is spectacular.

Everything is great. Very well located spacious family house with place on the ground floor to leave two cars inside. Antique furniture, as seen in the photos, but functional. Everything is very clean, impeccable. Modern kitchen. Location very close to the center. A very pleasant stay in general, totally recommended.

The treatment with the hostess is very good, the house and the environment are great. A very good place to rest. The only downside is that we found a cut on the road due to detachment and we had to take a return of one more hour to get to the house, and they did not warn us of the unforeseen, although it was not the fault of the host it would have been nice to let us know that it was possible for the gps to guide us through the wrong place.

We spent 3 days at Ana Maria's. The accommodation is nice, with a large kitchen/dining room and cozy living room. It is not very bright (but it must be very cool in the middle of summer!), and well located to radiate in the Bardenas and the many sites to visit nearby. Ana Maria was very responsive in communication and very welcoming, our stay went very well!

Fernando's place is beautiful. It feels so good! Since the weather is not at the rendezvous, we were not really able to enjoy the outdoors which is lovely. The area is beautiful, full of beautiful walks to do around. We can only recommend this 5-star place. Be careful though no shops in the village, no basic necessities (oil, salt, etc.) in the kitchen, so it is necessary to provide😏. Thanks again Fernando!

From passing to motorcycles,a pretty little village perched on a hill with a magnificent view,where everyone is welcoming . Everything is perfect in the house,a little tricky to park motorcycles (5) but hey the locals were very understanding ,and everything went well. a nice little bar,and restaurant in the church square where we were able to eat ,even breakfast in the morning,really super nice ,or it speaks Spanish , Italian English,French. Very happy with our getaway .

We stayed at Casa Josephine in Sorzano as a family of 10, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, warm, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully provided, from coffee and milk to even a welcome bottle of wine. Rosa met us upon arrival and was so friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around the home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and yet the house still felt cozy and inviting. Highly recommend this special home.

We celebrated our wedding to 45 people in Marc's family home, everything was perfect. The place is amazing and staying there on weekends with family and friends was great. The house itself is beautiful and huge, everyone was able to sleep there. Marc was also available and was able to answer all our questions beforehand. This place and this time will remain etched in our memories.

Iciar was AMAZING!! She not only was an amazing host, but an amazing concierge! Her communication was amazing, and recommended wonderful places to visit! She was a wonderful guide of the best wineries, restaurants and the region in general. Had we found her sooner we would have stayed longer. She didn't skip on the details of her place, which made it that much more special! 🥰 Would recommend this place to any friend or family visiting this region!

Barbara's place in Eguillor is beautiful in every way: space, thoughtful decoration, perfect amenities, an enchanting setting, a soul related to the past of the place. We benefited from the owners' excellent advice and with Navarre discovered a beautiful region, when we only knew the Basque Country on the French side. We'd love to come back!

Our stay was great. We were 7 friends with our dogs for the weekend as we wanted to take advantage of their location near the Laguna Negra. The views from the house are stunning and the house is very cozy and cared for down to the last detail. Verónica was pending from before our arrival until our departure. We would definitely repeat.
