Located in the city of Amparo, in the Águas Paulista circuit, very close to the cities of Serra Negra and Pedreira, famous for being shopping centers for knitwear, crockery and furniture. The house has period furniture and is surrounded by lots of greenery. The rural property and the neighborhood are very quiet, perfect for relaxing and recharging after sightseeing and shopping. Ideal place for families, couples and also to gather friends.

No pets. "It was not an unpleasant, cold, damp den, full of worm remains and the smell of mud, nor a dry, empty, sandy den, with nothing to sit on and nothing to eat! Bed and bath linens are provided. Loud noise is not allowed. The property has one more house also rented for the season.

There are only two chalets within the site and they are totally independent.
