We love it! Angelo is an excellent host, very kind . Great location, close to everything and the main attractions. Clean, smellsy and very organized apartment. The parking space is very spacious. Great cost benefit. We will return more often and recommend it.

The Real Estate has a good location, a quiet neighborhood, full of shops , bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to everything, I loved Cambuí. Communication with Luiza was great, always responding quickly, gave us tips and everything we had doubts he answered quickly. The Super Tasty Apartment, air-conditioned living room and bedroom work super well, the gourmet balcony is a cute, nice to talk, barbecue and despite being on the 1st floor , no one gets to see what it is doing. There are no noisy neighbors, the building is very quiet , all digital. It was a very cool 4 days, much more that it was a holiday. Me, my husband and my puppy love it. We'll be back for sure and we indicate it.

Alexandre and Luciana were very attentive since before we closed the house, until we left. The house served us very well during the stay, it has everything! Swimming pool, barbecue, several bedrooms, bathrooms, TV room, dining room, gym in front, tennis court. Anyway, they were very quiet days for those who need to relax.

Gabriel was very requested from the beginning, the house is in a very beautiful condominium village, close to a supermarket, restaurant and bars, the house is super wide and comfortable with all the necessary items, the place is very quiet, I will reserve for the new trips to Sumaré

Some problems with check-in due to lack of communication, the pool was dirty, but I solved it by calling someone to clean and the costs were paid by the owner, the chairs in the living room had broken feet and should be replaced. One-off things that are easy to solve. Overall the house is good, cozy and we liked the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities and was very clean, in addition to having beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and gave us restaurant and market tips in Monte Verde. We had good moments of rest and I recommend it for those looking to be more in the midst of nature.
