Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

"De Automaat" Ferienhaus Amsterdam- Abcoude

Book now a special cottage in the middle of the picturesque village of Amsterdam-Abcoude. Completely newly furnished, cozy cottage with an area of approximately 55 m2 divided over two floors with parking on private property. “De Automaat” has all the comforts. Spacious living room on the ground floor with French doors and a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with rain shower. Spacious bedroom with air conditioning on the first floor.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking available)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Here you can enjoy nature, relax on one of the beaches, swim, hike, bike, bird watch and canoe. Special locations such as Amsterdam, Volendam and the Zaanse Schans can be reached in 20 minutes. The guest house is brand new and has everything you will need. There is free parking at the door.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
