Montse was really nice to us and gave us a lot of flexibility at check-in. The apartment had absolutely everything. It is a very quiet residential complex and max 1h drive from some points of interest.

All as described. Jesus was very nice and helpful and quickly reachable. the bed is comfortable and the view is great ! you are right above the pedestrian zone and it can get a little louder, which I did not find disturbing! You are right in the city with a great view. if you want to cook in the kitchen yourself, you should have spices and oil ready, as there is none on site. the check in was totally easy and I had a really great time there. I would recommend the place:)

This is a very special and sacred place on Tenerife, I highly recommend staying here if you want to connect to the energy of the island, to yourself, to nature, and to whom ever you may be traveling with. The hikes near the house are great, with easy to access to wild & beautiful black sand beaches and walking trails. Punta del Hidalgo is great little town with everything you need within a 15 minute walk. The natural pool nearby was a fun place to swim & be with local people. Bus stop is nearby as well if you are traveling without a car. I would love to come back and stay here in the future. Would recommend more cooking pans as I cooked most of my meals here along with more bedding for longer stays and more natural/warm lighting inside the space. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and Tatiana was very responsive & communicative. Thanks again for opening your space to me!

We had a great stay. Communication was good. We were able to check in early and check out flexibly, for which we are very grateful. Small welcome greetings awaited us in the apartment. The apartment is just perfectly located - in the middle of the old town and very quiet. The roof terrace is beautiful, even with a sea view. We were provided with a crib, high chair and baby bath for our baby.

We loved our stay at frans comfortable apartment and in Santa Cruz, the location and views from the huge windows are superb. You are right in the heart of the city and feel part of everything. Shops restaurants and all the beauty of Santa Cruz are on your doorstep. Thank you 😊

I honestly didn’t want to write this review to gate keep it, however that would not be fair. 10/10 I only have positive things to say about the house as well as Lorenzo. The apartment was super clean and only a beautiful walk away from the city center, the only tiny little downside is that when it’s busy it can be hard to find a parking space but don’t let that stop you. Lorenzo was an absolute amazing host, He is super kind and so easy to communicate with and always ready to help! We wanted to check out a bit later and that was no problem, He was there to greet us when we arrived even after we had an delay and arrived much later than planned he was still there with a lot of warmth and kindness that made us feel super welcomed! He also helped with finding a parking space and kept communicating our whole stay. Even tried to make an effort to come and say bye to us.The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and sea.Thank you so much for everything Lorenzo!😊

apartment a little wet but otherwise everything was fine.

We had a great time at Francisco‘s place. Everything was clean, it’s located right in the center of Los Silos with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Thanks a lot!

Very nice place to stay with a breathtaking view. All amenities were available. Almost everything was perfectly clean. The walls of the bedrooms are very thin and we had crickets in the walls of the apartment, which were quite loud at night. The building is a little older but very well maintained. The heated pool was always clean and quiet. All in all, a clear recommendation.

jeannette was great from booking to start. she agreed to order a taxi for our non-Spanish departure. It saved me. the accommodation is as described. very pleasant to stay in. the littery was top decorated neat and tastefully. the apartment is across the bus line 20 meters away. which is super convenient. a small convenience store is adjoining the apartment which is really very convenient. i really enjoyed my stay and my airb'b .merci jeannette

Very beautiful town. The property provided exactly what I was looking for. Some peace and freedom to do what I wanted. Highly recommend if you have a short stay in La Laguna.

Extremely good everything, the location, the service, the treatment! The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Sleeping with the sound of the bottom sea is amazing as well as being able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise/sunset. On the other hand, the communication and treatment was very good, Tany was present and due to all the details at all times. Very grateful for everything! We'll definitely repeat it!

If you are considering staying here just do it - you will love it. The apartment is gorgeous with an amazingly well stocked kitchen (including air fryer, decent coffee maker / coffee, even water bottles and storage for picnics), everything of high quality. The bed was really comfortable and a lot of effort has given into making the place a real haven. The icing on the cake though is the incredibly warm welcome you will get from all 3 hosts (2 human, 1 canine) - they are just the loveliest and so helpful - they were available with good advice at the drop of a hat (though if you want space they will absolutely respect this) - they really go the extra mile and we couldn’t have wished for better. The location is great too - the chatter of birds and the beautiful garden makes it feel miles from anywhere but it’s actually really close to bars and places to eat and it’s a great middle point for the north west and north east of the island (and a doddle to reach the airport). A total winner.

We rented an apartment for 5 days , we really liked it! It was comfortable, there is an outdoor terrace for all residents on the top floor, a very beautiful view . It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, to the store and to the bar as well. We were without a car and this is a big disadvantage for us , since it took 30 minutes to get to the bus stop, you had to walk along the serpentine , so I advise you to shoot people who have a car . The host of the apartment Frank is very nice and friendly, gave us a homemade bracelet , it was very nice and nice . The apartment is in a small, cozy town for a relaxing holiday , the beaches are clean and rarely large waves . Thank you, we loved it!

José angel is a lovely gentleman and very helpful, the arrival at the accommodation describes it super well and the arrival times super flexible. The apartment is very good and the truth was impeccable, value for money is great.

The apartment and the hosts were incredible!! a big plus for me was the 2 akita cute dogs that i could play with gave me a feeling of home ,and ofcourse when i wanted quiet the dogs are in their own zone. I enjoyed the apartment with the great hosts and would defenetley come back again🙂🙂thank you
