It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

In Varades, 500 m from the Loire and 1 km from shops, apartment for 2 people in a house on the banks of the Loire that is 100 years old and has a history. Possibility of having extra bed on request for family cycling trips along the Loire. (15 euros per extra bed, there are 3) Property with enclosed courtyard for vehicle and secure bicycle storage on request. This apartment is on the second floor with self check-in if desired. The garden is at your disposal.

Close to city center with all shops ; bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), a surcharge will be charged). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
