In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from 29 May to 27 September). Our house is also on this property.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Independent studio

A 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). The land is sloping, a few steps provide access to the entrance to the studio.

"Garden Side"

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
