Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ancona

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and woods, the outdoor space great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept, the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and diligent in solving small problems due to the rain and cold of the first days. Beautiful vacation

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Super recommended!!!! The super functional place, everything new, they offered us delicious breakfast, we were able to leave suitcases because it was not busy the next day, super accessible, we would definitely stay here again!

A house surrounded by greenery and silence, ideal for unplugging and fully enjoying a wonderful area of the Marche (Frasassi and Genga waterfalls a stone's throw away). Well-equipped apartment (working mosquito nets and air conditioning are not common) and host present and available. We'll be back!

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

Cordiality, availability and kindness towards the guest! The house is located on the second floor of a very nice building, with an elevator. We found the house heated! Highly recommended!

The house is very spacious, equipped with everything you need, very clean and welcoming. The air conditioning system was very appreciated for the hot days we had during our stay. Federica and Milo are two very helpful hosts for all our requests both for the management of the house and for suggestions and information on the country and the region.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great place to stay for a vacation with two families. Sufficient sleeping places, a great kitchen … and of course the pool … were just wonderful. If there were any questions, there was quick and competent feedback and solutions. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but thanks to the screens on some windows, it was halfway controlled. The house could use some minor renovations … but that didn't affect our stay. We had a great time. Thanks

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Very nice accommodation with adequate spaces to accommodate a large group of people (there were 12 of us). We spent New Year's Eve at Casa Bellavista, a place that definitely expresses better all its potential in the summer season but still very suitable for those who want to spend a weekend together in a very quiet area. Celeri in his responses and always very available, we will definitely consider coming back even in the summer to spend a few days there.

The villa is very spacious and cozy, located in a quiet area. The large living room and numerous rooms (also large) make the accommodation suitable and comfortable for a group. The host was very kind and helpful, clear communications.

The house was right next to the beach, it was a great choice and had everything one needs for cooking and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Villa Alba highly enough. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, bright and airy. The setting of Villa Alba is just perfect. The views of the sea and surrounding countryside are spectacular. The house is located in a very quiet, private area but just 10 minutes drive away are the towns of Pesaro and Fano with loads to see and do and fantastic restaurants to eat at. What stood out most was Alberto, the host. Alberto is an incredible host. He is always at hand to help, always responsive and could not have gone more out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. We hope to return to Villa Alba again. Thank you so much Alberto!

The villa is amazing surrounded by beautiful scenery and fields of sunflowers. Inside, the air conditioning is very effective and there is lots of space to spread out, with a large games room downstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outside space well designed so there is always available shade and a beautiful inviting pool to swim and dip into.
