This accommodation for 4 people (possibility of adding a baby kit) is ideally located in the city centre of Seyssel. Single-storey adjoining the car park, easy to find. Everything is done on foot. (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed responsible for the bad reviews has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!!

Rental of an independent apartment located in an inner courtyard of our main residence. Bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the 1st . Quiet place, right in the center of Cormaranche En Bugey. Nearby shop (bar/restaurant, vival). Free parking on the square next to the residence. Rich place of outdoor activities, walking, hiking, cycling (many passes), downhill mountain biking in the municipality, fishing... The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker.

For a relaxing holiday: 45€/night for 2 people, and 15 €/night per extra person, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our house, in a small traditional village at 850 m altitude (see internet "plateau-hauteville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Apartment in townhouse, ideally located at the foot of the Grand Colombier. Close to the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood, you can store your bikes safely. A bakery is a 5-minute walk away, as well as a pharmacy, restaurants, a kebab and a pizzeria about 10 minutes away. Two supermarkets (Carrefour and Intermarché) nearby. Only 10 minutes from Lake Bourget and Chanaz, 30 minutes from Aix-les-Bains, 50 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Annecy and Geneva.

Quiet and peaceful place to recharge.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the tour of France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bicycle room.
