We had a lovely stay at Jeston’s place. Ideally located to enjoy the beautiful soundings and be close to amenities. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep and horse from the living room window. It was a shame the steam train was not running during our visit as the track is right at the end of their garden. The main bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts welcomed us , they were both friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was stunning with vast views across the fields. The property itself was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We found the hot tub to be very clean and well maintained . The cottage was easy to find thanks to the instructions given before hand. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

The Old Stables might be the most interesting house I've ever stayed in. Cozy. And quirky. Kids loved it! It features hidden closets, a hidden bedroom for two dwarfs, a hidden laundry room and even a hidden toilet. We counted at least 78 places one can hide stuff in. There's a vampire house next doors and a cemetery behind it. The living room is spacious, there's a separate corner for reading upstairs and a big table for board games. The beds are comfy. Everything worked and was clean. Jane was very comunicative and helpful. She even lent us a vacuum cleaner for our car when the kids made mess in it. Tall and plus-size fellows, beware though. There's low ceilings, very low arches and corridors one has to literally squeeze through. While we loved the house, it might not be for everyone. Heartily recommended.

Maxine’s place was beautiful and characterful. So clean and everything you would need for your stay. We were provided with very detailed instructions covering all aspects of our stay and Maxine was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The place is located in such a beautiful quiet area which suited us with 2 young children. We used the barn as a base and spent the days in Abersoch and Phwelli returning in the evening to view the magnificent stars and beautiful wildlife.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by amazing views, then Rhians place is perfect for that. Fully off the beaten track yet only 10 mins drive from Bala with all its shops, cafes and outdoor sports. The Old Barn is basic but you have everything you need for a comfortable stay

Mirka was a great host, really good communication and making sure we were okay. Location beautiful, very peaceful with great views of lambs and sheep going about their day! Was only 10 minutes or so drive from Porthmadog and Criccieth, so we found it easy to venture out when we needed. Cottage was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Stunningly beautiful location with a gorgeous garden and outdoor furniture. Charming, cosy, well-equipped accommodation. Friendly, helpful owner - nothing too much trouble. Will definitely recommend, or keep to ourselves for next time!

Absolutely stunning location. Charlotte and Nick were impeccable hosts. The cottage was exceptionally clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the curtained bunks and the beds were super comfortable and just what we needed after a day out walking. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you very much indeed for letting us share your Welsh paradise!

Suzy was the most lovely, friendly host & The Cowshed was a perfect, cosy little base for exploring the beautiful Llyn Peninsula . The sofa was comfy , the shower was great & the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals after exploring the gorgeous surrounding area ! We visited Criccieth, Abersoch and Aberdaron - but our favourite walks were at Porthor ( “Whistling Sands” ) and the very picturesque coastline of Morfa Nefyn & Porthdinllaen ( with a quick stop off at the iconic Ty Coch Inn ! ) on this particular walk ! We had an amazing stay for my partners 30th. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Robin and Lois were really friendly and super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed climbing Snowdon and the hot tub afterwards with sunset views was a great touch. We visited the old stag pub twice for dinner (3 min drive) which served delicious food at great value for money. Another great restaurant was the hangin pizzeria in Bets-y-coed, where we also took a long walk with waterfall views. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who asks.

Perfect place for Snowdon Climbers! Great little cottage with fantastic views and close amenities, would be great for any walking holidays.

We had a lovely 5-night stay at the cottage – exactly the peaceful retreat we hoped for. Mornings began with birdsong and distant lambs, like a countryside dream. The April weather was surprisingly glorious, and after days out exploring, the cold nights made cozy fireside movie evenings just perfect. We felt so welcomed on arrival – a tray with our names, fresh shortbread, teas, coffee, and milk in the fridge was such a thoughtful touch. The cottage was clean and well-equipped with essentials. Beds were comfy, with fresh, clean white bedding and towels. The drawer of leaflets and well-organised folders with tips and instructions were super helpful. The location was ideal for exploring North Wales – peaceful, charming, and just 10 mins from Betws-y-Coed. A perfect base for our trip, clearly hosted with genuine care. We'd return in a heartbeat!

A beautiful stay in the remote Welsh countryside – just what we needed. David and Heather were fantastic hosts and even baked us a gorgeous dairy-free lemon cake and biscuits (thank you so so much!). Everything was pristine and exactly as shown on the website. A short drive from stunning walks, railways and the sea. 10/10 would recommend.

Myself, my partner and our 8 month old daughter had such a lovely week stay at Gorse Barn, it was every bit comfortable and cosy, had everything we needed. the surrounding location was very peaceful, the welcome basket was such a lovely touch, we loved musing through the books and DVDs and even watched one, there's a beautiful view point just over the fields for sunsets and sunrises...we absolutely recommend staying here, we had the opportunity to look at the other two properties and found all of them equally as stunning, we definitely plan on visiting again in the future. We had a lovely stay using it as a base for various activities in North Wales. It's such a peaceful spot, and Fiona and Richard were so helpful with check in and other info. Loved all the animals too.

Craig Tudor was the perfect getaway with the kids! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is super comfy and the lay out is ideal. It has everything you could need. it's an ideal location for exploring Ynys Môn. I would highly recommend others to stay here.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were very impressed with this beautiful loft conversion, great location for the walking trips we did and very peaceful. loved it.

Very friendly hosts. Super helpful recommendations and guidance on the local area. We had an action packed short stay (2 families of 4) with local riding to suit all abilities, Zip world not far away (which the children loved) and a gorgeous beach. The table football was a firm favourite for the evenings, and the bike track on site was also a bit hit. Secure bike store was very useful and the drying room came in handy after our rainy bike ride. We would all recommend to others.

Beautifully renovated property & really well equipped for a comfortable break with a young family. Convenient location in peaceful surroundings for visiting Anglesey, Caernarfon, Snowdonia, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Had a fantastic stay. Toby was a great host and very welcoming. The grounds are lovely and the sauna was amazing. We really enjoyed the home theatre and projector in the evenings. Great facilities and incredible views. The private boat lake was amazing as well. Couldn't have chosen a better place for us. It was perfect.

We absolutely loved Sian’s apartment! It was perfect for our whole family. The place was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It’s also very child-friendly, with lots of thoughtful touches like children’s books, toys, and even a playroom that our kids really enjoyed. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We truly had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again for our next family holiday!

We had such a lovely time staying at Stablau’r Esgob! It was clean and clearly put together with a lot of care. The little welcome treats-Welsh cakes, chocolates, and milk-were such a sweet surprise. The log burner made the place extra cozy, and we were totally charmed by the little pigeons on the ceiling - unexpected roommates, but very cute ones! Would definitely stay again!

To be honest, the pictures didn't do the p place justice, the place was very spacious and homelike. Anthony communicated well in regard to any questions or troubles we had before/during the stay. 10/10 place, area and host, would recommend 👍

Had a lovely 2 night stay over new year with our little dog, Steve and Gu are lovely friendly welcoming hosts matched by the lovely cottage we will definitely visit again!
