Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

Easily accessible from the La Rochelle ring road, it is located just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, and close to bus line 19 that will take you to the center of La Rochelle. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the accommodation. You will be quiet in this fully equipped studio. The big plus is an outdoor relaxation area.

Welcome to our Aytrésienne hut, located in a quiet area 10 minutes by car from La Rochelle city center and 5 minutes from Aytré beach. Housing of about 30m², bright and completely new. A terrace awaits you for sweet evenings. We will be very happy to welcome you there so that you can have a relaxing stay!

Ideally located between Ile de Ré and Oléron , close to La Rochelle, Rochefort, Marais Poitevin and the first beaches of Châtelaillon and the ocean ( 15kms ) no cleaning fee, basics and bed linens included. Self check-in from 4pm or earlier if possible or 6pm in person, and checkouts no later than 12pm.
