It is 800 m from the beach of St Jean des Sand, 3 Km Chatelaillon beach, 10 km from La Rochelle. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the national road, the garden may seem noisy but the interior is perfectly soundproofed. No pets are accepted by our friends

The lodging consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, coffee machine (TASSIMO), new bedding and bathroom with washing machine. Private parking in front, behind, private terrace The lodging is equipped with a heat pump (air conditioning/heating). Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Renovated apartment, facing the sea located on the first floor on the new Boulevard Felixaure. Very well located, ideal for walks and bikes (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.
