It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Conveniently located near the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This recently updated 1 bedroom mother-in-law suite sleeps up to 4 people. Please keep in mind there is only one bedroom and one bathroom, however includes off street parking, private entrance, kitchen, laundry, and oversized leather sectional. 5 guests are allowed, but you will be very comfortable with 2. This Des Moines suite is a 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5, but will do everything possible to have it open well before and after those dates based on weather!), hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants.
