Welcome to modern living in Royal Oak! Our 4 bed/2.5 bath home is ideal for group or family trips. Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

Large parking lot available for large vehicles/trucks/trailers. Upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, main floor couch.

This cozy 1 story, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow has been recently renovated (2022) with all new appliances and updated finishes. A short walk to downtown Ferndale is where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee houses and bars. Downtown Detroit is 11 miles away and a quick 15 minute drive. Our home is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and LGBT travelers. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your house trained dog.
