Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Sun terrace with sauna. Location: 100 metres from the ski lift. The ski and hiking bus stop is right by the holiday apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's are all within a few minutes' walking distance.

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
