Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Luxury Chalet "Saphire"

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Haus Mooslehen, Abtenau, Sbg-Hallstatt 4 - 12 people

The farmhouse has 4 rooms (4 double beds and 4 extra beds if required) and is right in the centre of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge your batteries, go hiking, mountain biking or simply for a walk. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Karkogel ski lift is very close by.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
