Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Annaberg-Lungötz

Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent our wedding vacation with Christina and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay. The view of the mountains, the idyllic property and especially the house with its own sauna. Just a dream. And with Christina herself, we had a really friendly and positive contact throughout. Thank you very much😊

We had a wonderful Christmas time in Scheffau and spent our 2024 celebration in this fantastic, idyllic cottage. Bernhard and his family were very friendly and even set up a lovingly decorated Christmas tree for us! On New Year's Eve, they provided us with a fire pit. The house was clean and well maintained, with authentic décor and stunning mountain views. The small stream next door provided a relaxing atmosphere. The ski and toboggan areas are just a stone's throw away, which our children enjoyed immensely! A highlight was the swimming pool with sauna area, only 15 minutes away, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Bernhard also gave us many tips for excursions that enriched our stay. Overall it was a perfect family vacation and we highly recommend this vacation home! We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed at this property for a week as a family. It is large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair through the wood stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to stay at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay balls, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, right next door is a forest. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

The house is amazing to spend a couple of days with your family or a couple of friends. It really has everything we needed and wished for. It’s beautiful. As is the surrounding. Amazing hosts, too, very kind.

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were totally straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great vacation and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

This lodge is located outside of the city in a quiet part of the woods. The building is new and everything is top-notch. Our unit had everything we could ask for and was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spacious balconies, high ceilings, beautiful kitchen, sauna, and very warm feeling.

Bea’s place was the best we’ve stayed in! Very private down a little road with only 1 other house. It was very clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed and more. Although we did not need them, she has left lots of information booklets on the shelf for guests, which would be very helpful for anyone who hasn’t fully planned their stay. There were games for entertainment and plenty of extra blankets in case we got cold. She also brought down a 2nd portable heater to make sure we were warm enough. Bea was very friendly right from our arrival and gave lots of suggestions for things to do, see and places to eat. She was incredibly responsive and proactive in making sure we were ok. She was happy as much as she could with whatever we needed. Even gave us oven mitts from her own kitchen after realising the ones in the guest house had gone missing. I would 100% recommend staying here!

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

Large apartment divided into a sleeping area (with a double bed and a sofa bed) and a very well-stocked kitchen. The area is spectacular and very quiet, convenient to Salzburg. Annemarie welcomed us warmly and we found the place very clean. If being on a completely underground floor doesn't bother you, this is the perfect apartment for you!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Radu's place. The apartment is incredibly cozy and very nicely furnished. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to discover. The car is safe and you don't have to worry about space.

Wonderful little appartment in the middle of Kitzbühel. A steep but easy wonder in to town means you don't really need to get into the car if you don't want to. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and a wonderful host to help with anything else you need.

Easy to find the house and easy to park our car right outside the door. Great with lockbox and code and good with two keys when we, like us, were several. We lacked nothing. Nice space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and tidy everywhere. It means a lot to us, so we immediately felt at home and comfortable. Lovely with a quick, friendly and welcoming response when we approached the landlord with different questions. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back. Sincerely, The Vestergaard family

We were a group of four at the alpine hut for a week and loved its location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information about the hut and activities in the surrounding area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic views. The cottage was equipped with all the things you need and fully corresponded to the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniela's and her family's place.... The cottage is located approx. 10-15 minutes' walk from the farm, but can also be reached by car, however snow chains are recommended in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old son who loved the stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated, everything is available for self-catering. The living room is heated with an oven, which gave us great pleasure. The area is worthwhile for excursions of all kinds, tobogganing, ice skating, etc. Good restaurants are also nearby (10-15 min. drive). The stables of the farm were freely accessible, there is fresh milk and very trusting cats. A special thank you goes to Grandpa Friedel, who also took great care of us. Finally, a hot bath under the clear starry sky was really great. We will be back :-)

We stayed with Peter for 5 nights at the end of March and stayed at the cottage. The stay was a very special experience and was super relaxing and slowing down, which also contributed to the earth sauna. In the cottage itself it was always warm due to the wood-burning stove and there was a very cozy atmosphere. Next to the hut, Peter is an outstanding host and very special person. The time he took for us and the stories and knowledge he shared with us made the holiday something unique.

Ute is a great host, always there for us, quickly accessible and very warm. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The facility is very well maintained, the farm with the animals is a highlight. I'm sure we'll be back, see you soon Ute!

If you want to have absolute peace and a breathtaking view, this is the place to be! The cabin is located at an altitude of 1600 meters, surrounded by fields, in the back you have a really great and captivating view of a mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity is only the Leonhardhütte. All year round. But what was absolutely not disturbing due to a small hill between the properties, especially since only a few hikers got lost there during our visit. The cabin is comfortably furnished. A little "back to the roots" to a high standard. Kitchen fully equipped. Due to the wood-heated kitchen oven, it warmed up quite quickly and you always have hot water on the stove for flushing, etc. Electricity and hot water are available via the Solar system with battery storage. We had a week of sun and always enough "power"! The mattresses were too soft for us. Which led to a lack of sleep. We were there in early March 2025 and will be back!

We had some very quiet and relaxing days. The apartment brings everything you need to relax from the city. Restaurants and sugar market nearby, everything is great. I'll be happy to come back!

It was a super nice holiday, thanks to a hiking book, which was designed by Birgit and Hans, we had plenty of great excursions. We felt super comfortable... the worse it was to have to go home again. But we look forward to next time! 🫶🏻

The cabin is incredibly cozy! It may seem a little bigger in the pictures, but it's so well equipped that we didn't miss anything. The highlight is clearly the fire pit, the oven and the hanging chair. The communication with Florian was perfect. All in all, I can recommend the cabin if you like a few days of peace and quiet 😊
