A Vigneron's (Winegrower) old house welcomes you in the center of one of the most beautiful villages in France with a view of one of the iconic historic monuments and the charm of a warm country house to taste the wines of the region.
“The house is really very nice and much more beautiful than in the photos. Vivien is charming, helpful and discreet. In addition to the amount of documentation on site, he gave us lots of exceptional addresses to enhance our stay. The fireplace and the stove are a real plus and everything is provided in more than enough quantity to spend pleasant evenings by the fireside ... Other plus: the bakery (including their gingerbread and gougères) and the butcher's shop village charcuterie are at the top! A very nice stay with Vivien.”
At the heart of Noyers, in the old hotel of the village, the medieval tower houses a bedroom with double bed, small lounge, fireplace, small kitchen and bathroom, and a room in the attic consisting of two single beds, all giving a garden overlooking the serene, in the original and authentic setting of a family house that welcomes backpackers and artists for nearly 40 years.
“Private, quiet, spacious and full of character! We had a great stay in the tower apartment. Noyers is a very charming village! Great to roam around. We stayed one night on our way from the South of France but should have stayed a few days longer. 10-15 minutes detour from the Peage but very convenient location with ample parking and shops and restaurants a few steps away from the apartment. Very good value for money, with French breakfast included. Highly recommended!”
La Petite Etape aux Vins welcomes you in its duplex apartment of 78 m2, independent, on the first floor of a charming 17th century building. Located in the heart of the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The highlight of the accommodation is its exceptional view on the prettiest village square.
“We were delighted by the apartment - so stylish and charming, with many little touches to make it a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Although it was hot during our visit, we all slept well and we cooked all our meals in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. The apartment was beautifully presented, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the convenient location in the centre of the village. The boys enjoyed some ice-cold smoothies from the shop underneath, on our return from our hot hike up to the chateau, and we also enjoyed the open-air cinema night, and antiques market - it is a little village with lots going on! We ventured out to nearby Chablis for some wine-tasting one day, and explored a couple of other Burgundy villages. Overall a fabulous apartment in a lovely corner of France. Thank you Nathalie for your kindness on our arrival and all your thoughtful touches.”
