It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

I have a multi-system air conditioning in my home. House has a semi-enclosed kitchen, a large a balcony that opens to the kitchen. My house is set to 19. There is a large parking lot of your car in front of my house.
