Just 5 minutes from the main street in the city centre and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well-maintained building, you will feel right at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation measures 32 m2 and has a separate kitchen and a 160 x 200 cm bed. It was refurbished recently. It is perfectly suited for a couple of tourists or young parents with a baby, and ideally located for someone working temporarily in Switzerland.

Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.
