Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere.
