Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

10 days in a charming villa that all 4 of us enjoyed!!! A beautiful sunny break with our two babies who had no trouble acclimatizing as Claude's house is so pleasant.

Great house. Extremely comfortable, spacious, beautiful , well equipped. Great hosts and very accommodating. The only two issues that you need to know are that you need a car since the village of Gatiere is not very close to the house and you cannot really walk to the village. A lot of nice houses around but all fenced out and walled in. However if you are looking for tranquility you have it. Also Didier let us take vegetable from his garden and you will have the best tomatoes in the whole world. The other point would be the heat in the summer. The house has no air conditioning. And it can be hot. Otherwise perfect for 6 people

a home faithful to the photos in a quiet residence with lots of possible activities (tennis, football, volleyball, swimming pool...) the pool is great and not too busy the accommodation also had everything you need (towels and bath towels, soap, shampoo and everything you need to cook) a great stay!

The apartment was very nice and good location. It was a pleasure to connect with Carla, and she was very responsive. The residence is quiet and close to the beach. Thank you for everything.

We had the perfect stay here! The view from this apartment is amazing (we always loved coming back to it every day), you’re close to everything in Villefranche-sur-mer, and you have easy access to the train to get other places too. Our hosts were wonderful, we hope to come back some day!

You feel right at home when you enter the apartment. Especially the great view of the sea has been a pleasure every morning. It was also great to be able to sit on the terrace with a coffee. The beach is right outside the door and perfect especially for small children (sandy beach). The shopping center (5 min walk) offers many shops and restaurants. Nice and Monaco are also easily accessible! The in-house parking is also great. All in all we found it very nice and would go back!

beautiful and nicely maintained apartment. balcony is icing on the cake. apartment is well equipped with required amenities one can think of. easy and quick access to bu and tram. Laziz - small takeaway and dine in nearby is a hidden gem of surroundings.

We stayed at Geneviève's place for a week. Clean studio, very good location, shops within walking distance, 2 min walk to the beach. Easy free parking. Genevieve is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

This is a hidden gem of a spot. It is right in the heart of Old Nice and a block away from the beach clubs. Monaco is a 35 minute drive & Cannes is a 45 minute drive from the Airbnb. Monika is an awesome host & she even arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Badalucco is a beautiful little village in the mountains and the place was perfect for starting walks from. Very modern and the bed was amazing, slept really well. Great for a peaceful getaway

Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely stay if a tad short in August, we didn't get enough opportunity to take advantage of everything the place had to offer, including BBQ. Karine was very helpful and a responsive host. Help with the luggage was very much appreciated, the journey out of the town, across the river and back along the hillside good fun too.

Second visit to this lovely house - perfect for friends and family alike and the patio and pool area with the stunning views is unbeatable
