The villa was lovingly created, using the best European construction materials and finishes to create a spacious Venetian style home, with a breathtaking infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Villa Apollonia was furnished with high-end furniture, all Cocomat beds and linens, air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, Smart TV’s, Bluetooth speakers, BOSCH appliances and complete and fully-equipped kitchen amenities. The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space. They are centrally located where you have easy access to a mini supermarket and a great restaurant (Petrino). There are walking trails that leads you to quiet a few beaches and lots of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room has air conditioning. There are also beach towels available as well as beach umbrellas and toiletries. "A home away from home"

Charming villa in the woods.

Surrounded by forest, both secluded and close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood, 5 min drive to Fiskardo Port (30 min walk). 2 hiking trails passing near the villa will take you to the beaches of Dafnousi and Kimilia through the forest. The house has a large garden and terraces surrounding a private pool. 5 min walk to the small village of Antipata where you will find 2 restaurants and a convenience store. Expect to have the neighborhood cats visit. House that has a soul.
