DAILY RATE PER PERSON. We rent to a minimum of 6 people for 1 day or a couple for two days. Two-story house. Ground floor kitchen barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, stove, freezer and utensils. TV room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom. 100m² room. Upper floor. Two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Air-conditioning in two bedrooms. In the living room, fans and other environments. We rent mostly to couples and families. The use of the house laundry is not included. There is no Netflix, but there is a TV box.
