Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

On the lower floor is the one bedroom with the double bed, the office, the kitchen , a very spacious living room with two sofa corners , the bathroom with the washing machine and a large bathtub and the balcony. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double bed, and the other bunk bed with two single beds and two bathrooms both with showers . The apartment is on the top floor of a pension 50 meters from the beach.

Our place is close to family activities, windsurfing, beach, garden. You'll love my place because of the cozy ambience, the view, and the location. My place is good for couples and families. There are many activities in the surrounding area and we encourage you to try windsurfing.
